About the Service

Mackey & Machine offers paid consultations with Brian Mackey — a master builder and classic car expert based in Huntington Beach, California. Consultations are available by phone, video, and in-person at Mackey's Hot Rods.

Advisory Only

All consultations are advisory in nature. Mackey provides expert knowledge, recommendations, and guidance based on decades of experience. Decisions made as a result of a consultation are solely the responsibility of the client. Mackey & Machine is not liable for outcomes resulting from advice given during a session.

No Partnerships

Mackey does not enter into partnerships, joint ventures, or co-ownership arrangements through consultations. The service is strictly advisory.

Payment

Payment is collected at the time of booking through Stripe via Calendly. All prices are listed in USD. Payment is required to confirm your session.

Cancellations & Refunds

All content on mackeyandmachine.com — including text, images, logos, video, and design — is the property of Mackey & Machine and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

YouTube & Social Media

Mackey & Machine produces content on YouTube and social media platforms. By appearing in or contributing to any filmed content during a consultation or shop visit, you grant Mackey & Machine permission to use that footage for promotional and educational purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Not Financial Advice

Consultations provided by Mackey & Machine are based on automotive expertise and experience. They do not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice. Any decisions involving purchases, sales, or financial commitments are made at the client's own discretion and risk.

Limitation of Liability

Mackey & Machine provides consultations in good faith based on professional experience. We are not responsible for any financial loss, property damage, or personal injury resulting from actions taken based on consultation advice.
