Mackey & Machine Consultations

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your consultation, you must do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund. We understand things come up — if you need to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate.

No-Shows

If you do not show up for your scheduled session without prior notice, no refund will be issued. Mackey's time is reserved exclusively for you during your booking window.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session at no cost as long as the request is made at least 24 hours before the original appointment. Use the link in your confirmation email to reschedule through Calendly.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or discuss a cancellation, email info@mackeyandmachine.com with your booking details. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.

The Full Build

Due to the significant time and preparation involved in The Full Build (full day at the shop), cancellations for this tier must be made at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours are eligible for a 50% refund or full credit toward a future session.
